Developing a different view

Develop a new perspective on yourself and others in order to live more freely, choose your behavior more consciously, and stay flexible. Our world is rapidly changing. Without realizing it, you can get stuck in your own view of reality. By looking differently (a paradigm shift), you can become more adaptable and agile. Develop the courage to act differently and challenge your own truth.

Ciao me

Seeing yourself through the eyes of another, so that what you want to express truly comes across.

Ciao you

Listening without judgment, so you can enter every conversation with an open mind.

Ciao everyone

Adjusting your behavior to the environment, person, or culture without losing yourself.

What does this journey bring you?

After this journey you will have the basis for your plan to achieve both personal and professional goals. You will experience an optimal balance between ambition and inner peace. With your new look at the world (your paradigm shift) you will easier create the future that really fits you.

Global journey program

Travel to Ripabottoni, a small mountain village in the hills of Molise, southern Italy. Go on a journey to stand still. To move forward, agile and with a fresh view.

Say “hello” to who you are and what you bring as a person. Embrace a new and fresh reality. Say “Bye” to hindering beliefs. A mix of experiencing, reflecting and experimenting.

We love down-to-earthness and humor. Playfulness and depth. Stimulation and giving space.

During our training journey we will use methods and techniques based on our many years of experience. We connect to what is happening and use our expertise carefully. We are going on this adventure together. We take trust and safety very seriously, you really enter into a contract with us about that. We invite you to explore and cross the boundary of your talents. Personality mapping

The Birkman method is more than a personality tool. It is a philosophy. and it is decisive science for more job satisfaction, more productivity and innovation. It is the foundation for a happier life.

Birkman goes beyond self-perception and also measures social perception. This makes Birkman suitable for all types of situations involving change and development.

Growth mindset

We believe in a growth mindset, a scientific foundation for effective personal growth.

This youtube video will give you more information:

And further ...

Every person has tremendous talents and skills. They can sometimes be a bit hidden. Together we make sure that everything that is present will be visible.

We use theory and models when needed. Translated into practice and useful. In a combination of experiencing, reflecting, choosing and taking the next step.

1. Il dolce far niente

'The sweetness of doing nothing'

Master the art of enjoying the moment – without the need to be productive or busy. Take time to recharge. You will have your most creative ideas if you give your mind a rest.

2. Festina lente

'Make haste, slowly'

It is better to take small, measured steps in the right direction (than fast leaps in the wrong direction). Set tiny, short-term goals – don’t try to accomplish everything all at once.

3. Fare una passeggiata

'Go for a walk'

Italians have a nightly ritual: go for a stroll with loved ones after dinner, usually between 5-8pm. Take a walk to clear your mind, reduce stress and anxiety, and connect with your surroundings.

4. Lupus in fabula

'The wolf in the fairytale'

There is always an unexpected obstacle around the corner. Plan for risk, especially if things seem too good to be true.

5. Anni, amori, e bicchieri di vino – non si contano mai

'Years, lovers and glasses of wine – these should never be counted'

Age is just a number. You are never too old to reinvent yourself. Life is short and must be lived to its fullest. Cherish and celebrate the most enjoyable moments.

6. Sprezatura

'Make something look effortless'

Try to cultivate a sense of ease in everything you do (even when facing challenges). Quiet confidence is highly alluring.

7. La vita é bella

'Life is beautiful'

You don’t need life-changing milestones to experience joy. Notice the little things: the first sip of coffee, a stunning sunset, a long laugh with loved ones. Italians know how to savor every moment.

The 7 wisdoms of Italy

You learn best when you let yourself be inspired by an environment that makes you see things differently. And what better place than Italy to put things in perspective, to let go, and to leave old habits behind?
In Italy, you’ll find 7 beautiful life lessons that especially in the South come fully alive. These life lessons perfectly align with our approach, how we design programs, and our way of working. We love to share these with you in the hills of Molise.
